Terms and Conditions

1. An International Driving License is required for foreigners to drive in Bali, and a National Driving License (SIM A) for Indonesian citizen.
2. Tax, service charge, and insurance are inclusive of the rental fee. Should a defect, accident, or damage occurs, customer will be liable for a damage of a maximum of US$ 250.00. Renter will be liable for any damages or theft incurred on the car or in any part of the car if it is not driven on a formal road (beach, rice field, etc).
3. The renter will be fully responsible for any consequences for giving the car to be driven by any other person than stated in the rental contract agreement.
4. For a one-day rental, the full day rate applies for a minimum of 12 hours usage, otherwise it will be calculated as a full 24 hours a day. e.g: if you rent the car for 3 days, it will be charged as 3 x the daily rate.
5. The extra hours fee is calculated as follows:
• Extra 2-6 hours will be charged half day rate
• Extra 7-12 hours will be charged one full day charge
6. You are not allowed to drive the car outside of Bali island without a writen approval in advance.
7. Drunk driving is extremely prohibited.
